Exteriors and Trim Levels

The 2020 Ford Expedition comes in 4 trim levels: XLT, Limited, King Ranch, and Platinum, each of which also has a MAX version which is 9 inches longer. The Expedition models are available in 2 or 4 wheel drive options. The wheelbase is 122.5,” and overall length is 210”. 22-inch aluminum wheels are available on the King Ranch model, and the 2020 Ford Expedition offers nine exterior color options.


The 2020 Ford Expedition can seat up to 8 people. Standard on all models is cloth upholstery, 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, and a steering wheel wrapped in leather-wrapped. 10-way power-adjustable front seats that can be heated and ventilated, multi-contour front seats, a heated steering wheel and second-row seats, a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, as well as power-adjustable pedals, are other interior additions.

Infotainment and Connectivity

The 2020 Expedition includes standard features, like the SYNC 3 infotainment system and an 8” touch screen, four USB ports, tri-zone automatic climate control, Wi-Fi hot spot, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, satellite radio, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capabilities, and a 6-speaker stereo. Safety Standard Ford Co-Pilot360 includes safety innovations such as lane-keeping assist, automatic high-beam headlamps, blind-spot warning with cross-traffic alert, automatic emergency braking, rear-view camera, and forward-collision warning with pedestrian detection. LATCH connectors also help to secure the child safety seats.
